RESPONSIBLITIES
Performs tasks involving oversight and coordination of warehouse and industrial park facilities and grounds. Works closely with tenants, subcontractors, and vendors, and is the first-inline for on call for park emergency response.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of similar experience. Construction experience a plus. Completed job application, resume with cover letter, and satisfactory background check upon job offer.
PAY AND BENEFITS
