This role is an evolution to our Bookkeeping and Accounting positions to focus on QuickBooks expertise to work with the other members of the team. This new position assists our team with the setup and support of their accounting and operational applications. These scenarios will be a combination of new and existing deployments.

- Enhance eMazzanti Technologies use of QuickBooks.
- Provide Accounting and Bookkeeping Support
Accounting Requirements and Strengths
- QuickBooks proficiency
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Sales Order and Invoice Processing
- Expense Reporting
- Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of Business Applications are a Plus
- General/Professional Services
General Requirements
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Well Groomed Appearance
Qualifications
- 1 years prior Accounting experience with Quick books
- 2-4 Years Accounting/Business Degree
Salary : $45,000 - $70,000
