This role is a new position to assist our accounting department in its workload.

We are a friendly office with top notch customer service and support and are looking for someone with a great work ethic.

This is a full-time in office position with a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the accounting function for the firm
• Assist in Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Process orders as the sales team requires
• Answer customer questions regarding billing and support
• Provide analytical support to the entire organization this includes budgets and system insight to costs and expenses
• Work fluently in Quickbooks and learn about our internal systems which revolve around Connectwise.
  
  

Requirements

• 2 Plus years prior accounting and or bookkeeping experience specifically working with Quickbooks.
• Strong organizational skills
• AP/AR experience preferred
• Order processing and customer service experience
• High School Graduate
