Job Summary
We are excited to be hiring a cleaner for an opportunity in Cadillac, MI! This is a VERY simple commercial cleaning job for a local retailer. The job takes about an hour every other week to complete the interior portion of the cleaning, and once per month we wash and squeegee the exterior windows, which takes about a half hour. Pay is fixed at $50/ inside cleaning and an additional $25/ window cleaning. The pay is a fixed rate but equates to ~$50/hr.
The schedule is flexible, which is a huge plus! You can clean whatever day is convenient for your schedule, as long as we make an effort to keep it scheduled on the same day every other week.
We utilize a smartphone app to verify service, which just requires a couple photos and an employee signature during each cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of restroom and break room, dusting and sweep/mopping floors
- Perform monthly window cleaning using provided equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment used during cleaning routines
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance and attitude while at work
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies to ensure a safe working environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques
- Window cleaning experience is beneficial
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers
