Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Technical Expertise
- Develop and oversee coordinated, code-compliant HVAC and plumbing design drawings.
- Break down complex systems into understandable components for project teams.
- Perform facility assessments, site verifications, and quality assurance reviews.
- Excel in areas of technical expertise while fostering innovation and best practices.
- Create and review complete drawing sets in Revit and AutoCAD, including model setup, sheet creation, and coordination with other disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable codes.
- Utilize industry and company software (Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, COMcheck, Trane Trace700, Outlook, Excel, Word, LiquidPlanner) to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized project files and records throughout design and construction phases.
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior designers to support their technical development.
- Model professionalism, reliability, and accountability within project teams.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, project partners, and other disciplines.
- Maintain professional appearance, consistent work habits, and a collaborative team approach.

Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Associate’s degree in Mechanical Design or similar
- 8 years of relevant mechanical design and project management experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
