Job Summary
Responsible for managing referral process for patients requiring specialty care, diagnostic testing, and ancillary services. This role ensures timely, accurate, and coordinated communication between the provider, patient and external health care facilities to support continuity of care and optimize patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement
High school diploma or GED preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement
Three to five (3-5) years in a healthcare setting is preferred. Computer skills required. Excellent customer service skills.
Minimum License Requirement
None.
