Job Summary Provides high quality, comprehensive and patient-centered occupational therapy services including patient evaluation, development and administration of a treatment plan, documentation and communication with physicians and other referral sources, and clinical guidance to non- licensed personnel. Works with various health care team members. Therapist may administer topical medications per treatment requirements. Job Requirements a. Minimum Education Requirement : Meets educational requirements for NBCOT certification b. Minimum Experience Requirement : Excellent customer service skills. c. Minimum License Requirement : Current California licensure as an Occupational Therapist. BLS Required. NBCOT registration required. Will accept limited permit with pending NBCOT board examinations providing adequate supervision is available until therapist is licensed. Annual 2 hours of stroke education required for those working at QVH Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time. Pay Range: $44.94 - $69.66 We are more than just a health system.
