Job Summary The Healthcare Documentation Specialist monitors document accuracy and completeness; assists physicians to ensure an accurate, secure, and meaningful health record for patient care; creates templates, designs, tests, and provides best practice implementation; trains users and provides user support for electronic medical records. Assists and responds to patient health portal inquiries by delivering timely and exceptional customer service. Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience Requirement: 1-2 years transcription experience preferred. Computer knowledge. Excellent customer service skills required. Minimum License Requirement: Certified Medical Transcriptionist preferred but not required. Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
