Position Overview:
Eman Schools is seeking a Resource Teacher to provide targeted math and language arts interventions for students who are performing below grade level. The Resource Teacher will work closely with classroom teachers and administrators to deliver small-group and one-on-one support. Experience with special needs or learning accommodations is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide focused intervention in reading, writing, and math for students needing additional support
- Work in collaboration with classroom teachers to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction
- Track student progress through regular assessments and data collection
- Communicate with teachers and parents about student growth and goals
- Support implementation of individualized or small-group learning plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of classroom or intervention teaching experience
- Strong skills in reading and math instruction and differentiation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting students with special needs or learning accommodations (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,218.56 - $4,357.83 per month
