Position Overview
We are hiring cleaners with 1–2 years of professional experience who are skilled, trustworthy, and capable of working independently. You will be cleaning homes, office spaces, and short-term rentals following eMaids procedures and checklists.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys cleaning, works efficiently, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleanings according to scope
- Complete STR turnover cleanings with linen resets & restocking
- Follow eMaids cleaning checklists for quality consistency
- Maintain detailed standards for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas
- Use company-approved supplies and techniques
- Communicate job updates to the office via our app
- Arrive on time and complete jobs within expected time frames
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
- 1–2 years of paid professional cleaning experience (required)
- Experience in residential, commercial, or turnover cleaning
- Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for long periods
- Smartphone required for scheduling and time tracking
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Weekend availability preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
