Position: Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician
As a Cleaning Technician, you will provide professional cleaning services for residential homes and commercial businesses while helping create clean, healthy, and welcoming environments for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize residential and commercial properties.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Complete assigned jobs efficiently and thoroughly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
- Follow all company safety procedures and properly use cleaning products and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or special customer requests.
- Provide excellent customer service and help ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred.
- Paid training is available for qualified applicants after successful completion of our online certification program.
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Valid Georgia Driver's License.
- Reliable vehicle with current automobile insurance.
- Smartphone capable of using company scheduling and work applications.
- Ability to travel to multiple customer locations.
- Availability to work at least 2 days per week.
