Weâre hiring a Director of Real Estate Investments & Operations to work directly with the CEO and help scale our growing investment platform.
This is a high-impact role where youâll own deals end-to-endâfrom sourcing through closingâwhile helping manage investor relationships and capital execution.

đ ď¸ What Youâll Do
- Lead deals end-to-end: sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, construction, and closing
- Build and implement scalable systems, workflows, and SOPs
- Own complex financial modeling (development pro formas, waterfalls, debt/equity structures)
- Work across development, finance, and asset management to keep projects aligned and on track
- Manage relationships with lenders, equity partners, brokers, and investors
- Lead investor communications, reporting, and capital updates
- Establish KPIs and reporting systems to drive accountability and performance
đWhat Weâre Looking For
- 3 years in real estate development, private equity, or a high-growth operating environment
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel required; Argus strongly preferred)
- Experience working with investors, capital partners, or fundraising processes
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
- Systems thinker â you donât just execute, you build repeatable processes
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
