Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries regarding dairy products
- Stock shelves with dairy items, ensuring products are fresh, organized, and properly labeled
- Maintain merchandising standards by arranging displays attractively and restocking as needed
- Perform stock rotations and inventory checks to ensure product freshness and availability
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone.
- Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the dairy section to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or grocery store environments
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service orientation are essential for success in this role
