Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bobarista to join EM Boba and Coffee in Lakewood, Washington. As a Bobarista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in boba and coffee preparation along with customer service will contribute to an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of boba and coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and Square POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Uphold company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in boba is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling, cash handling, and basic math skills is essential.
- Familiarity with Square POS systems or similar cash register systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
