EM Beauty is getting ready to celebrate the grand opening of our new nail and beauty supply store in St. George, Utah, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to help lead our new location from the beginning.
Important Interview Availability:
We will only be conducting interviews for this position between Novermber 2nd and November 6th , between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please apply only if you are available to interview during one of these two days.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the beauty industry, has strong retail leadership experience, and wants to play an important role in launching and growing a brand-new store. The Store Manager will help prepare for the grand opening, lead the store team, oversee day-to-day operations, and create an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparations for the grand opening of our new EM Beauty location
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth and organized workflow
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate employees
- Provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable assistance with nail and beauty products
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and product displays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Monitor sales and assist with basic administrative duties
- Operate and oversee the POS system and daily transactions
- Help implement promotions, marketing efforts, and grand-opening activities
- Build strong customer relationships and help grow the store’s customer base
- Address customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly
- Take ownership of store performance and help establish a positive, professional work environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail management or leadership experience required
- Experience in the nail, beauty, cosmetics, or salon industry strongly preferred
- Knowledge of nail and beauty products preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented
