Job Summary
We are a successful and growing specialty logistics company. A Pick Pack Sorter is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and organizing products in a warehouse or distribution center. This role ensures that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and on time.
Schedule: Part-time, 6:00 - 10:00pm shift, 20-30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products from inventory based on order sheets or handheld scanners
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Sort packages according to destination, shipping method, or route
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Clean MVR Driving record
- Pass Background Check no felonies, per client restrictions
- Pass a preemployment drug test
- Ability to read and understand order instructions
- Basic math and counting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift (typically 2550 lbs)
- Teamwork and communication skills
