Sales Merchandiser

Elysium Tiles is a leading importer and distributor in the flooring industry. Based out of California and Florida we strive to provide the highest quality tiles and mosaics to customers throughout the USA.

We are looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Account Manager in the Idaho territory to promote our collections to new and established accounts in order to maximize sales volume. The job is 60% merchandising consisting of setting up tile displays in the dealer showrooms. No overnight travel is required. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Territory: Salt Lake City, Utah

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other lead generation methods
• Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities and identify current customers who may be ideal candidates for Elysium Tiles Inc’s products and services
• Develop a knowledge of Elysium Tiles Inc’s products and services and market trends
• Develop a knowledge of current customer profiles, needs, concerns, objections, etc.
• Identify new business opportunities using CRM tools and other resources
• Maintain existing customer relationships by identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue
• Participate in product demonstrations to potential customers to increase sales conversion and build brand awareness
• Continually seek out opportunities to expand sales within the territory
• Continually seek out ways to improve customer experience
• Must be able and willing to travel frequently throughout the territory
• Set up various tile displays based on specifications
• Responsible for keeping the company vehicle clean and well-maintained

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with 3 years clean driving record
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Detail oriented and able to adjust to new systems quickly
• General computer knowledge and comfort using a phone to get work done

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Standing, walking, moving, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted

COMPENSATION:

· $52,000 - $100,000 (Base 52K generous Commission)

· 10 paid holidays plus 8 PTO days per year
