Your Mission: Building Elite Aviation Partnerships
We are seeking a Jet Charter Broker with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. Your primary mission will be to manage private jet charters for UHNW clients while building operator relationships, negotiating optimal terms, and delivering world-class service that creates lasting partnerships.
The Role :
- Manage charter operations: Convert leads into confirmed flights with UHNW clients internationally
- Build relationships: Develop long-term client partnerships based on trust and exceptional service
- Negotiate terms: Secure competitive pricing with operators while protecting margins
- Coordinate logistics: Manage flight details from initial quote to wheels-up
- Drive revenue: Own your pipeline and consistently deliver results
Requirements :
EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)
- 1-2 years in private aviation, charter sales, or luxury sales with proven track record
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value client relationships and close deals
