Amazon Listing Specialist (REMOTE)
Our client, a Premier Packaging Design Agency with offices in New York City, is looking to an experienced Amazon Listing Specialist on a contract basis starting ASAP. This role will be REMOTE and will be engaged on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing product listings, enhancing digital shelf presence, and driving conversion across Amazon marketplace channels for a range of consumer brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation, optimization, and ongoing management of Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A Content)
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic ranking and discoverability
- Collaborate with creative and packaging teams to align product visuals and messaging across physical and digital touchpoints
- Manage backend listing details including search terms, attributes, and categorization
- Analyze listing performance (traffic, conversion, keyword ranking) and make data-driven optimizations
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve positioning and performance
- Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency and adherence to Amazon guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings within Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization best practices
- Experience creating or directing A Content / Enhanced Brand Content
- Proficiency with Amazon tools and third-party platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Experience working with consumer products, CPG, or packaging-driven brands strongly preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
- Familiarity with retail media and broader eCommerce ecosystems
- Background working with creative or packaging agencies
