CNC Programmer – Woodworking

$30–$40/hr (DOE) | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overview
We are hiring a CNC Programmer with cabinetry or millwork experience to support a growing production shop in Miami.
Mozaik experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong CNC programming experience using Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, Alphacam, or similar software.
This is a hands-on production role, working directly with the shop to take projects from drawings → CNC programming → finished product.
What You’ll Do
- Create shop drawings and production-ready files
- Program CNC routers using Mozaik or similar software
- Generate cut lists, nesting, and machining files
- Optimize programs for efficiency and material usage
- Troubleshoot CNC programs and production issues
- Work closely with the shop floor and production team
What You Need
- 3 years of CNC programming experience (cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking)
- Experience with Mozaik OR Cabinet Vision OR Microvellum OR similar
- Ability to create production-ready drawings and CNC files
- Experience working in a manufacturing / shop environment
Preferred
- Mozaik experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Biesse, Homag, or Weeke CNC machines
- Background in custom cabinetry or high-end millwork
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
