Elysian Head Spa is hiring two full-time Treatment Specialists for our flagship expansion.

We are a category-defining head spa and scalp health concept blending clinical credibility with elevated experience, led by a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Trichologist.

The Role
You will deliver highly customized head spa and facial treatments while building a retained, high-value book of business.
This role requires:
• Precision in technical execution
• Confidence in consultation and education
• Strong client presence and communication
• Personal ownership of performance, rebooking, and growth

Schedule
• ~35 hours/week (full-time)
• Must be available for weekends flexible scheduling
• Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Start: Immediate

Qualifications
• Licensed in Cosmetology and/or Esthetics
• Dual-licensed (Massage Therapy Esthetics/Cosmetology) strongly preferred
• Strong interest in clinical results-driven treatments
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment
