Part-Time Boutique Sales Associate Spearfish, SD

This position is primarily part-time, but there is potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

We are searching for someone who:
- Provides exceptional customer service and enjoys working with people

- Is dependable, accountable, and self-motivated
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Is comfortable working alone and managing responsibilities independently
- Has daytime availability
- Has some weekend availability
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Can confidently operate a cash register/POS system
- Is willing to help with daily store tasks including merchandising, restocking, cleaning, steaming, tagging, and maintaining store appearance
- Has an interest in fashion, styling, social media, or boutique retail
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)
- Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, etc.)
- Photography or content creation skills
- Experience with Shopify POS or boutique retail
- Visual merchandising experience
- Previous retail or sales experience
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and genuine way
- Help customers with styling and outfit suggestions
- Operate the register and process transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory, tagging, restocking, and receiving shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Help create social media content and support live sales/events when needed
- Work independently while keeping tasks completed efficiently
