EPL’s Admin Team is looking for someone who enjoys organization, color-coded calendars, and keeping things running like clockwork! This role is all about supporting the Director, which means no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to support for the Library Director — managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and keeping the daily workflow smooth.
- Track communications, prep materials, and make sure the Director is ready for every meeting.
- Attend Board meetings, take and post official minutes, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Keep our SharePoint intranet organized and our files easy to find.
- Support the administrative team with events, projects, and special initiatives.
