Shift: Monday - Friday

9:30am - 5:30pm

Summary

We are seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join our team at Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their development through play and educational activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
• Engage children in play-based learning activities that encourage creativity and exploration.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  
  
  

Requirements

• CDA, Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with infant-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
