We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead / Systems Architect to join our team!

Technical Lead / Systems Architect
Position Description (PD):
Responsible for technical oversight and architecture of HRD applications, systems integration, and modernization initiatives. Defines system design, security architecture, and implementation strategies aligned with DOI standards (including NIST SP 800-53, IPv6 compliance, and CUI handling). Leads the technical team in evaluating tools, frameworks, and migration strategies to optimize application performance and security.
Personnel Qualifications (PQ):
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT systems architecture, systems integration, or enterprise application development.
- Proven experience designing or implementing solutions in a federal HR or ERP environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering; AWS or Azure Architect Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/DevSecOps environments and system lifecycle management.
- Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.
