Elyan Labs LLC is hiring Data Center Technicians for a large-scale build-out with a confidential client. This is a high-volume, high-hours contract: 84 hours per week (7x12 schedule), with hours past 40 paid at 1.5x. Weekly gross of $2,300 to $2,550 depending on rate. The Lead Technician position is filled; these openings report to our site lead. Responsibilities: - Rack and stack of servers and network gear - Structured cabling (copper and fiber), labeling, and documentation - Hardware installs, swaps, and decommissions - Strict adherence to site safety and security protocols Requirements: - Hands-on hardware experience preferred (data center, IT field service, electrical, or telecom) - Background check required - Reliable daily attendance on a 7-day schedule. The client is highly selective and removals are immediate. - Able to lift 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts on your feet Terms: 1099 independent contractor. $22 to $24 per hour based on experience, elevated rate (1.5x) after 40 hours per week, paid weekly. Short-term contract with no guaranteed duration. Client name and exact site location disclosed upon offer and NDA. Straight talk: the schedule is real, 7 days a week, 12-hour shifts.
