Ensures all aspects of facility operations, adhere to the company systems and programs for quality and consistency and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Interviews and hires management staff.
- Prepares performance evaluations for staff.
- Meaningfully rewards and disciplines staff.
- Receives and resolves complaints.
- Disciplines employees up to and including discharge.
- Adequately supervises assigned staff and assures that those staff are supervising employees assigned to them.
- Monitors and corrects job performance of management staff.
- Uses independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties.
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years experience as an administrator in either a long term or sub-acute care facility.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Current Administrator’s license in the state.
