Job Overview
We are seeking multiple dedicated and skilled Structural Concrete Superintendents to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively on various construction projects, with experience in tilt-up, elevated structure, heavy industrial, cold storage, waste water, data centers, and specialized slab design/installation, including ASRS buildings.
This role involves managing field crews and detailed planning and sequencing of large scale self-performed concrete work. Superintendents are vital to healthy client relationships and must posses effective communication skills.
Day to day responsibilities will vary project to project, but Ely's guiding principles will remain the same: Ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
