Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by assessing patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and report changes to appropriate staff members.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and families to provide education and support.
- Team collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records (EPIC).
- Stay up to date with current research and best practices in nursing.
- Participate in growth and development opportunities to maintain high quality care.
Wage
- $41.24 - $61.70 based on experience
- Add'l compensations for specific certifications, shift differential, charge

Required Qualifications
- Current MN State RN License
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- BLS certification
- Ability to obtain ACLS, PALS within 6 months of hire
- Ability to obtain CALS or TNCC and ENPC within 2 years of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Charge nurse/emergency experience
