Truss Builder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.50 to $17.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 02:00am)

• Perform daily truss manufacturing tasks including pulling, handling, and loading lumber for production.
• Use hand and power tools to accurately lay out, assemble, and join roof and floor trusses according to specifications.
• Assist with loading, staging, and preparing completed trusses for shipment and delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Truss Builder Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to accurately perform tasks following provided instructions and specifications.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and assisting with team lifts up to 100 lbs., including preparing trusses for shipment in outdoor environments.
• Experience using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools required
• Prior truss building or construction experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success working safely while adhering to PPE and OSHA guidelines.
