TIG Welder Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $28.00 to $30.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a cGMP food-grade environment, including motors, drives, PLCs/VFDs, pumps, conveyors, and processing systems.
- Perform sanitary TIG welding and stainless steel fabrication while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment, support preventive maintenance, and assist with installations and changeovers.
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain a clean, safe, and inspection-ready workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
TIG Welder Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of TIG welding experience
- Maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
