Print Production Tech Details:

• Temporary position
• $24.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain large-format printers, plotters, laser cutters, laminators, and other finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and prioritize daily print production schedules to meet internal deadlines and customer requirements.
• Review incoming work orders for accuracy and completeness before beginning production.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform minor repairs, and escalate major technical problems to appropriate service vendors.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting printed materials for color accuracy, resolution, and alignment before final delivery.
• Maintain inventory of printing supplies (paper, ink, toner, laminating film, cutting blades, etc.) and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.

Print Production Tech Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocation training in printing or graphics preferred
• 2 years of hands-on experience operating large-format printers, plotters, and related finishing equipment
• Proficiency in using printing software (RIP software, Adobe Creative Suite, and other production tools).
• Basic understanding of color management, print resolution, and file setup requirements
• Familiar with laser cutting software and vector-based design programs

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
