Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Set up and operate press or production machinery according to job specifications and safety guidelines
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Conduct routine visual inspections and measurements to ensure parts meet quality standards
• Load raw materials and safely handle finished products throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and production procedures

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, machine operating, or metal stamping experience is a plus
• Ability to read basic work instructions and follow safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
