We are seeking a Vice President of Elwood Professional to lead and scale our Professional Recruiting division at our Corporate office in Columbus, IN.
About the Role
This executive leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across our Professional division. You will lead both business development and recruiting delivery teams, ensuring alignment between sales strategy and service execution.
This role also partners closely with our Light Industrial division to identify and expand professional placement opportunities across existing client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Drive Growth
- Execute a strategic sales plan to significantly expand the Professional division
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on new business and account growth
- Oversee major client presentations and participate in key negotiations
- Maximize revenue across both new and existing client partnerships
Lead Service Delivery
- Ensure best-in-class recruiting execution and client experience
- Lead teams to exceed KPIs and service level expectations
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance processes, technology, and compliance initiatives
Provide Executive Leadership
- Own and manage P&L performance to meet financial targets
- Develop talent through coaching, training, and succession planning
- Engage with key clients through quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and company-wide projects
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Proven leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related field
- Track record of driving significant revenue growth and building high-performing teams
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
- Skilled at solving complex business challenges and driving results
