🔎 What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indianapolis market
- Prospect, cold call, and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Uncover client pain points and deliver customized staffing solutions
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to close and onboarding
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Continuously build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
