Elwood Staffing is looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented sales professional to join our team in the Indianapolis market. This is not a maintenance role, we’re looking for a true hunter who thrives on building new business, creating opportunity, and winning in a competitive environment.

🔎 What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indianapolis market
• Prospect, cold call, and build relationships with key decision-makers
• Uncover client pain points and deliver customized staffing solutions
• Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to close and onboarding
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
• Continuously build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities

• Proven track record of success in outside sales / business development
• A true hunter mindset with strong prospecting skills
• Strategic thinker who can connect client needs to business solutions
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals
• Experience in staffing or B2B sales is a plus
