Production Lead Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $20.00 to $22.00 /annually
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 02:30pm)
Job Details
- Lead daily production operations to meet customer demand, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently achieved
- Train, coach, and support team members while coordinating staffing and workflow priorities
- Monitor production performance, track KPIs, and communicate updates across teams
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, or equipment concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation, inventory, and compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Production Lead Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with the ability to lead or support team initiatives
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (English required)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
