Exceptional Customer Care
- Greets all customers with kindness and warm smile
- Maintains waiting list for customers
- Performs hand-off procedures during seating per handbook
- Seats customers according to server schedule
- Sanitizes and cleans the front area before, during, after shift
- Manages and organizes merchandise area
- Folding shirts
- Labeling & Pricing
- Organization & Arrangement
- Maintains a neat and orderly cashier stand.
- Performs transactions, makes change and ensures financial accuracy of all transactions
- Enters tickets into the POS system for servers when busy
- Packages gift products and prepare gift cards
- Make an effort to know customers and call them by name.
- Recommends specials and draws attention to the blackboard

Education and Experience:
- No experience necessary but is considered a plus
- High school diploma preferred
- Food safety training will be considered a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking while carrying multiple objects simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
