Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy, developing compelling messaging, and building relationships with educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education market and proven success selling into both secondary and higher education institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that position Uluru effectively in the education technology market
- Create compelling messaging and content that clearly articulates our value proposition to different stakeholders (schools, parents, students)
- Build and maintain relationships with education institutions, understanding their needs and decision-making processes
- Design and implement strategies to increase adoption in both secondary and higher education markets
- Collaborate with the product team to gather user feedback and inform product development
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our competitive landscape
- Manage marketing campaigns using HubSpot, tracking performance metrics and optimizing for growth
- Create sales enablement materials that help demonstrate Uluru's value to educational institutions
- Collaborate with the team on pricing strategies and partnership opportunities
- Organize and participate in webinars, presentations, and educational events to build awareness
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in EdTech or related fields
- Proven track record of selling into educational institutions, with experience in both secondary and higher education markets
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot marketing platform and CRM
- Excellent understanding of education market trends, challenges, and buying cycles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives
- Data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing campaign performance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing products related to student success, executive functioning, or learning support
- Knowledge of education purchasing processes and decision-making structures
- Experience with educational LMS integrations and school technology ecosystems
- Background in or understanding of special education, learning differences, or neurodiversity
- Experience developing institutional partnerships with schools
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends in education

Salary Range: $75-$95K
