Vacuum Truck Driver/Operator - Rig Services

At ELT CENTEX LLC, we are a growing company dedicated to our work and to keeping our clients’ operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a skilled Vacuum Truck Driver/Operator to join our Rig Services team. In this role, you’ll provide safe, reliable water hauling services across private land leases, well sites, and other industrial facilities. We’re seeking drivers with hands-on experience providing vacuum truck services for rig operations (water hauling, flowback, service work, etc.) who take pride in doing the job right and safely.

Our yard/terminal is located in Three Rivers, with work assignments stretching from central to south Texas.

Duties

• Operate vacuum trucks, following federal, state, and company safety regulations and equipment safety procedures diligently during all operations
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations
• Support field activities and coordinate with the Field Service Officer (FSO) to execute assignments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of operational logs and inspections for accountability and compliance

Pay & Schedule

• 1099 Contractor status
• $22/hr, with Enhanced Pay of $33/hr after minimum hours are completed
• Weekly pay
• Day and night schedules available

Minimum Requirements

• 23 years of age or older
• Vacuum truck driving experience servicing the oil industry (required)
• Valid CDL A with at least 2 years verifiable CDL experience
• Tanker Endorsement required
• Able to work up to 70 hours per week
• Able to work in assignment locations (Cotulla, Alice, and Kennedy areas)
• Clean MVR — no DWI, recent accidents, or major violations

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per week
