Entry-Level Laborer (Outdoor Work)
Location: Franklin & Warren Counties – Union, Washington, Warrenton
Pay: Starting at $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (varies by season)
We’re hiring a dependable Entry-Level Laborer to join our construction and maintenance team. Great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors and isn’t afraid of physical work in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Construction site cleanup
- Staging building materials
- General labor and grounds work
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Willing to travel to job sites in Union, Washington, Warrenton, etc.
- Must pass DMV check (to drive company vehicle after introductory period)
