Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Tempe, AZ. The position involves maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing accounts, facilitating clear communication between clients and teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines, and identifying opportunities for service improvement and growth. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide responsive and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Relationship management skills, including client communication, building trust, and providing excellent customer service
- Project management skills, such as scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring project deliverables
- Analytical and organizational skills to identify service improvements and manage accounts effectively
- Experience in sales or account management, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Proficiency with workplace tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Knowledge of or experience in property maintenance, construction, or landscaping services is an advantage
