What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stud Welder position at Elrod Stud Welding?
COME WORK FOR THE BEST! $27 per hour.
This is not a traditional mig, tig or stick welding job. This is stud welding using an automatically timed stud welding machine.
OVERNIGHT TRAVEL IS REQUIRED VIA COMPANY TRUCKS.
Elrod Stud Welding in Lebanon, TN, is a very reputable and rapidly growing company, and we are currently in need of someone to join our jobsite installation team who has a strong work ethic, team leadership skills, and wants to grow with our company.
We've been in business since 2005 and are known throughout the industry as the premier stud welding company in the Southeast. Our company installs shear studs on commercial buildings and bridges throughout the Southeast, so travel/overnight stays are to be expected.
No stud welding experience is necessary, and onsite training will be provided. We are looking for a fast-learning individual who possesses leadership qualities. This is fast-paced and physical work that you'll be proud of.

Details:
· 2 Weeks Vacation per year, 3 Weeks Vacation per year after 3 years, and 1 Week Sick Time per year.
· Vacation accrues at the time of hire.
· Health insurance reimbursement up to $250.00/mo.
· $750 Bonus at 90 days, $1,000 Bonus at 6 Months, $1,500 Bonus at 1 year
· Travel time is paid at full hourly rate.
· No stud welding experience necessary.
· Travel is required.
· Performance Bonuses.
· Overtime is common, but not guaranteed.
· Clean driving record required & must pass a drug test.
· Must have reliable transportation.
As a new hire, you will be trained and prepared to perform all steps in shear stud installation.
