Maintenance Technician

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic presses, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and robotic systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including motors, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and wiring.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and compressors.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and support off-shift operations as needed.
• Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring instruments

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 3 years of technical experience in similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience
