Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste
- Support the kitchen team with food handling, cooking, and meal preparation tasks to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels need replenishing
- Help with catering events or special meal services, ensuring timely delivery of delicious dishes in line with customer expectations
- Follow all safety procedures related to knife skills, food handling, and cooking techniques to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting

- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods, including grilling, sautéing, baking, and plating
