What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jewelry Sales Associate position at Eloralab INC?
Responsibilities
1. Welcome and assist clients, recommend fine jewelry and custom jewelry solutions, follow up with customers, and close sales.
2. Support daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, cashier duties, and other store responsibilities.
3. Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure all displays reflect the brand’s standards.
4. Participate in short-form video creation, live streaming, and social media content as needed.
5. Be comfortable using personal social media platforms (such as Instagram and TikTok) to share brand-related content.
Required Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of Fine Jewelry or Luxury Jewelry sales experience.
2. Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
3. Legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W-2 employment.
4. Available to work at least one weekend day.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
2. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms, including basic video editing.
3. Experience creating short-form videos, appearing on camera, or hosting live streams.
Compensation
1. $25–30/hour, based on experience.
2. Commission.
