Join our dedicated team as an In-Home EIDBI / ABA Practitioner, where you will support children with autism and developmental disabilities in their home environments. This rewarding role involves providing evidence-based behavioral therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a collaborative clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and create meaningful positive outcomes for children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 in-home ABA/EIDBI services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising professionals
- Use ABA-based strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collect and document client data accurately during therapy sessions
- Maintain timely and HIPAA-compliant session notes and documentation
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support consistency across environments
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times
Qualifications
- Qualified as a Minnesota EIDBI Level 1 or Level 2 Practitioner
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention strategies
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in client homes and as part of a collaborative team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
