About the Role
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating interpreter assignments, communicating with clients and interpreters, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch interpreters for on-site, telephonic, and video assignments
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of assignments
- Communicate professionally with clients and interpreters
- Monitor schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent requests
- Assist with daily operational tasks and support interpreter onboarding
- Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Experience in the interpretation or language services industry preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills (phone & email)
- Fast learner with excellent organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable navigating scheduling software, spreadsheets, and email systems
- Ability to work in-office in Lake Worth, FL
