What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreation Aide position at Elmora Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center?
Elmora Hills Healthcare is looking for dynamic, creative, and experienced folk to join our team! Experience working with senior residents and customer service. Must speak English and Spanish too would be AMAZING!
- Schedule: 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM
- 5 days per week with rotating weekends
- Schedule subject to change based on department needs
- Pay rate: $15.92/hour (biweekly payroll – every other Thursday)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required to effectively communicate with residents
- Must demonstrate a high level of energy, teamwork, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Availability for weekend shifts and overtime is required to support departmental operations
Additionally, we will also be opening a Part-Time Recreation Aide position with a rotating schedule, including weekends.
