Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service, with the ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle systems. This role involves working with both gasoline and diesel engines, utilizing power tools and hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance. The Automotive Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose problems with automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and other mechanical systems.
- Must have AC certification for R134A and R1234Y
- Repair or replace faulty parts using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Align wheels and adjust suspension systems to ensure proper vehicle handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Must have Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair at least 5 year experience
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools effectively.
- In-depth understanding of automotive service procedures and standards.
- Experience with powertrain diagnostics and repairs.
- Ability to align vehicles accurately for optimal performance
